i ordered from Sarraf Jewelry and the shipping was way slower than i expected. i kept checking the tracking and it felt like it barely moved for days. the item might be fine, but waiting that long made the whole experience frustrating.

"Issue still isn’t fixed after contacting support"
I reached out to support expecting the problem to actually get resolved, but it’s still not fixed. I don’t think that’s too much to ask, if I’m taking the time to report an issue, my standard is that it should be followed through properly.

It looks fine overall, I guess, but the weight didn’t match what was listed. Not sure if that was a one-off mistake or not, but it was a bit disappointing.

I ordered a chain from Sarraf Jewelry and when it showed up, it just wasn’t what I had pictured. Nothing crazy, I just figured I’d exchange it for something that suited me better.
That’s where it got frustrating... the emails took a while, the return instructions weren’t super clear, and then I found out I had to cover shipping back myself. For an exchange?? It felt like way more hassle than it needed to be.
By the time everything finally got handled, I was over it. Maybe other people have had better luck, but for me the whole thing was annoying and stressful. I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I remember sitting there with the Sarraf Jewelry page open, ready to order, but something in my gut just didn’t feel right. The reviews and reputation info I found were all over the place, and the more I read, the more uncomfortable I got. I ordered a gold chain from Sarraf, and when it showed up, something just felt off. The stamp was really hard to make out, and the color didn’t look quite right to me, which made me question whether it was actually what they described.
I reached out with what I thought was a basic question about the purity and authenticity, but the response felt like a generic reply and didn’t really address my concern. That was frustrating because I wasn’t asking for much, just some clear reassurance. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but I personally wouldn’t buy gold from them again

"Finish felt rough and kind of cheap"
I was disappointed when I opened it. The edges felt rough, and there were already little marks in the finish right out of the box. It just didn’t have that clean, well-made look I was expecting.
For what it cost, I thought it would be put together a lot better. Maybe I just got a bad one, but it felt like they rushed it and didn’t really check it before sending it out. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I’ve bought from this brand before and I’ve always liked them, so I was disappointed when my jewelry order showed up looking like this. The packaging felt really cheap, the box had dents, and the inside was messy like it had just been tossed together. The actual item was okay, but for jewelry I expected it to feel a little more special and handled with care. I still want to like the brand because I’ve had good experiences before, but this definitely made the whole order feel careless.

"I was disappointed with this one..."
I was disappointed with this one. The clasp broke after about a week, and the little hardware pieces felt cheaper than what I usually see on similar items other people are using or what I’ve bought before. I expected it to last longer, but it just didn’t. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

"I ordered a chain in one size..."
I ordered a chain in one size, but a completely different size showed up. The frustrating part is that the receipt clearly showed the correct order, so I’m not sure how the wrong item got packed. I emailed customer service expecting a simple fix, but it turned into way more back-and-forth than it should have. I ended up having to push harder and escalate the issue just to get them to take it seriously. Not a great first experience with Sarraf Jewelry, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Not What I Expected at All"
I was really hoping this would look like the photos, but it didn’t. At first glance it was kind of okay, but the more I looked at it, the cheaper it seemed and the details just felt off. It’s weird because it wasn’t completely awful, but it definitely wasn’t something I’d be happy wearing or gifting. Disappointing overall, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Sarraf Jewelry again.

"Chain snapped way too fast"
I only wore this chain two times and then it just snapped. I wasn’t doing anything rough with it, so it was disappointing. For the price, I expected a little better quality.

"Warranty Help Was a Total Letdown"
I bought from sarraf.com thinking the warranty would actually mean something if things went sideways. But when I needed help with a repair, it turned into this endless email maze with no clear answer, like I was shouting into the void. It felt like nobody wanted to touch the issue.
I’m not saying the item itself was a disaster, but the after-purchase support really drained the excitement out of the whole thing. A warranty should not feel like a full-blown battle just to get basic help. I would not buy from them again

"Refund delay really made me lose trust"
I ordered from sarraf.com and ended up having to return the item. The return part itself wasn’t a big deal, but getting my refund took way longer than it should have. I had to email them more than once just to find out what was going on, which got frustrating. The money did finally come back, but the whole experience made me lose trust in ordering from them again.
